About Amanda van de Klundert
I began Yoga 20 years ago whilst working in the corporate world. My yoga practise helped me deal with the stress of work life and provided me with a great sense of balance. I soon became addicted. Yoga became so much more than a physical experience and more of a connection and nurturing for my inner self.
Whilst living in Australia, Asia and Europe I practised many different styles and visited various workshops and retreats. In 2013, I felt ready to complete my Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification and share with others the great benefits Yoga can bring.
Amanda is a ‘certified yoga teacher’ and ‘certified master coach’. She continues her professional development with her mentor Shy Sayar from Tantravaya Yoga based in California.
About Nicole Keddie
Nicole has been practising yoga since 1994. Over the years, she has explored various types of yoga from Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, to Vinyasa Flow. In 2016, after working in Marketing for over15 years, Nicole decided to deepen her own knowledge & practice, and learn to teach. Now, after completing her teacher training through The New Zealand School of Yoga, she is a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) with the Yoga Alliance.
Her teaching style has a strong focus on correct alignment and the importance of connecting the mind, body and breath into the practice.
